I teach clients strategies to calm and relax. On edge, irritable, ready to snap?<br \/>Do you experience poor concentration or confusion, or feel easily overwhelmed?<br \/>Do you suffer from trauma related scars, nightmares, or flashbacks?<br \/>Do you avoid situations or reminders of the traumatic event?<br \/>Are you suffering from post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, or depression?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Trauma can alter how the brain functions. Signs and symptoms can vary from finding it difficult to trust and being constantly on guard to sudden panic. Signs and symptoms can feel complex and at times overwhelming, feeling better is possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Expect you will begin feeling better as we work together learning strategies to settle and calm. We know that change is an inevitable part of life, but that doesn\u2019t mean it\u2019s always comfortable.\u00a0 This is especially true when the shifts are sudden or unexpected.
